Ahh! We are LOVING our new signage! ✨

The backlighting is absolutely gorgeous, and we’re so thankful for the opportunity to continue pouring into our curb appeal and doing our part to help keep Cozad beautiful. Now… as soon as I figure out how to program and change these lights, you guys just wait 😉

Also, can we just take a second to appreciate all the new signage popping up around Cozad lately? How cool is it to be part of a community full of business owners who genuinely care and continue pouring love into our little town. 💛

Brady and I are hoping to have our food trailer, Poppy, up and rolling in the very near future, and we are starting to brainstorm where she may fit in best!

If you know of any breweries, venues, fairs, street dances, rodeos, festivals, markets, community events, or city-wide celebrations that you think would be a great fit, please drop them in the comments below or send me a message. Bonus points if you have contact names! 😊

Of course, we fully intend to service the Cozad area because we love this community dearly, but we also want to explore additional opportunities that may help us grow. Truthfully, our biggest priority is expanding our bandwidth, getting the word out about Studio 6 Bistro, and showing people just how amazing our little town of Cozad is — period. We believe that when small businesses grow, our community grows too.

We are excited (and a little nervous 😅) for this next chapter and appreciate all of your support more than you know. Drop your ideas below! 🌼🚚

What’s going on at the bistro today?! A whole lot of staging, planning, and brainstorming!

We are incredibly honored to have the opportunity to cater at the Trail Boss Reception for the Cattlemen’s Ball on Friday, June 5th! We are so excited to be part of such an amazing event. We’ll be one of the local businesses helping make the evening happen, alongside so many talented people, including Meridian Taphouse!

Right now it’s all crates, greenery, sketches, and logistics because in just two short weeks these tables will be onsite overflowing with greenery, décor, and delicious food. Safe to say we are equal parts excited and a little nervous in the best way. What an opportunity! ✨
