I've always had a fascination with charcuterie. There's something so special about creating food that's not only delicious but also becomes part of the celebration itself. After having the incredible opportunity to create the grazing tables for the Nebraska Cattlemen's Trail Boss Reception this summer, it reminded us just how much we love this side of our business. Watching hundreds of people gather around one table, sharing food and conversation, was something we'll never forget.
