I love this positivity in regards to the hospitality industry! There was been so many nights working at a country club/ golf ⛳️ course, no one shows up or a few guests at best. On the other end of the spectrum we have nights where we are to capacity! Unfortunately that’s the name of the game 😂.

An empty dining room doesn’t tell the whole story.

But neither does social media.

It’s easy to scroll and feel like everyone else is winning while you're stuck in the quiet. The truth? Most of what you see online is a highlight reel. You don’t see the slow days. The empty seats. The doubt that creeps in when things don’t go as planned.

I’ve been there more times than I can count.
But I’ve also learned that staying consistent through the hard moments is what separates those who "almost" made it from those who do.

This room will fill again. Because we won’t stop showing up.
