We are sold out for the night!

We just were reminded that the street festival is tomorrow evening so we are not going to open tomorrow for lunch and instead prep slot for tomorrow evening. Hours will be 5-10pm. We are usually there at the street fest but we decided to not participate just moving everything down a few blocks. Feel free to come before or after or during if would like, we would love to serve you! Otherwise enjoy a great event thrown on by the city of Covington!

Good morning! We open today at 11:00-2pm and 5-9pm. We have a limited menu today. We have Pulled Pork and Kick’n Chicken items and combos. Sides are Smoked Beans, Coconut Slaw, and our Cheesy Potatoes are making an appearance on the menu along with our lunch special for the day. Loaded Cheesy Potatoes- Cheesy potatoes topped with Pulled Pork, Sauce, Jalapeños, and Sour Cream……$12! See you soon!

Good afternoon! Here is this Sunday’s Pop Up information along with new updated operating hours. All of the dogs are All-Beef and we will also be offering French Fry Delights, Chili Cheese Pulled Pork Nachos, and Smashburger Bacon Fries! This Sunday June 7th 5-8pm Eastern Time. Location: 215 Pearl Street Covington, IN. This is a pop up and will be on a first come first serve basis!

We have had a slight change in schedule this week. We will not be operating tomorrow Wednesday June 3rd and kick off our week Thursday the 4th! We are training this week on both shifts so we will only be offering Pulled Pork and Kick’n Chicken items as far as our meats and we will be offering all of our sides excluding fresh cut fries and replacing with our cheesy potatoes. If you are wanting fries we will have them back available again at the pop on Sunday for the French Fry Delights. Our goal is to get the team trained on certain items at a time without them getting overwhelmed. They will be getting trained on Smashburgers and fried items next week. Thank you for your understanding and see you Thursday!

Bring your own bag pop-up tonight only from 5-8pm! Here’s what you do….you go to the store and grab the biggest bag of your favorite chips or whatever and bring it to the truck and we will load you up with your custom “Walking Taco” if you would! You can also get creative and bring whatever base you want! Bring a big aluminum pan of Curly Fries from your house, a medium deep dish pizza, or whatever you think would be good and we will load it up with meats, sauces, and toppings below. You can choose between 2 meats or just get double of one and all toppings for $10! If you want double meat and toppings it will be $15! Everything is limited and on a first come first serve basis!

Meats: Seasoned Ground Beef, Pulled Pork, Kick’n Chicken.

Sauces: Pup (Sweet BBQ), Rottweiler (Peach Chipotle BBQ) and Honey Sriracha

Toppings: Queso, Pico, Cilantro Lime Rice, Black Beans, Roasted Street Corn, Lettuce, White Sauce.
