We get a lot of people coming into the store asking, “What’s that pizza with all the sauce on top?”

That’s our Chicago style deep dish. It’s baked in a pan with the toppings and cheese underneath the sauce, the true deep dish way.

This isn’t your average pizza. It’s a hefty pie, weighing in around 5–7 pounds, loaded with layers of cheese, toppings, and sauce. Our style is most comparable to Lou’s in Chicago.
