Vichyssoise: our final chilled soup of Tammany Taste of Summer 2026 Visit The Northshore
Velvety and so delicious- this potato leek soup is a classic. Our in house recipe calls for the addition of a delicate white tea called Pai Mu Tan. A fragrant white tea harvested in early spring that offers subtle sweetness and a refreshing healthy brew, rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
This soup has a special hint of nutmeg and is garnished with crispy fried leeks and fresh chives.

We will always love you Dolly Parton! Did you know Dolly Parton drank our teas for years? Her long time manager was a regular guest of ours at the tea room. She always shared our teas with Dolly Parton. We shipped our teas to her for many years.
When Tim and I visited Pigeon Forge in 2024, we were given free passes to Dollywood because Dolly was a fan of our tea!
