Brunch Time Cafe Brunch Time Cafe is located inside Dyersburg State Community College-Jimmy Naifeh Center in Covington, TN. We are open Monday-Friday for breakfast and lunch.

We are open to the college staff & students, the Tipton County Library and the public as well.
