HEY HEY!!!! Happy New Year to all you beautiful burger lovin people!!!! 🍔 We hope all of you have a happy, safe, and healthy new year!!

We haven’t posted anything in awhile but with the weather being what it is in Indiana we made the decision to stop work on the truck for now and finish it all up as soon as it’s warmer and by the spring be serving you those amazing burgers and munchies again!!!

We miss all of you terribly and cannot wait to see and serve you again soon!!!

Well we decided to black it out, got the front end back together and we will be getting the headlights in soon and the bumper back on shortly.

We wanna send a huge shout out to our boys at D & C Blasting and Powdercoating in Bismarck, IL, they are awesome, very reasonable, they do an amazing job and they have a ton of different colors and finishes to choose from. Just make sure to take them a 12 pack of Natty light to get a special discount😜

HEY HEY!!!!! Walls and insulation in, mostly 😉 Re-Installing hood fan and most of the equipment this week and then on to plumbing and shelving!!!

HEY HEY!!!!!!!

SO………..we have decided to paint the food truck ourselves!!!

But we need y’all’s help!!!! We are looking for an empty barn, garage, workshop, etc. that we could occupy for a week to prime and paint the truck. We would bring all materials to tarp off all areas so nothing gets on anything, we are also using rollers and not spraying so there would be no overspray, and obviously we would clean up when we are done. Any help would be appreciated, please DM us if anyone has anything available!!! Thanks everyone!!!!!

HEY HEY!! We come to you today with some good news and some bad news 😢

The bad news………….

We have made the hard decision to close the Café at Noble’s Bar and Grill, we had a great year and would like to thank everyone who came in and supported us and let us tantalize your tastebuds with our amazing creations!!!!

The good news…………

We will now focus all our efforts and energy into our new venture………the world of FOOD TRUCKS!!!! Yes, we bought a food truck!!!

Look for us soon at a festival or town near you!!!

We are definitely not done with all of our crazy burgers and munchies, we can’t wait to serve all of you again very soon!!

So this is a burger for a real man!!! We’re talking big bearded, lumberjack, flannel shirt wearin’, beer drinkin’ men, ladies you’re invited to try as well….. but better wear some stretchy pants 🤪

The MANwich

1/3 lb. Black Angus Burger, seasoned and seared to perfection, topped with house made Manwich sauce with beef chili, tangy Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce, and thick cut applewood smoked bacon crumbles 🥓 melty chipotle Monterey Jack cheese 🧀 and then we throw on even MORE applewood smoked bacon, because why not?? We stack all that deliciousness on a fresh grilled brioche bun and serve it up with garlic honey hickory fries 🧄🍯🔥🍟
