Good evening, after a six-year tenure and extensive renovations, I've decided to sell The Cat and Owl. Fine dining, unfortunately, is no longer a priority for the new generation. The Cat and Owl was once the hub for many mill events and meetings, and many of Mr. Profit's loyal patrons have moved on. The new owners will bring a fresh concept, name, and style to the restaurant. I'm grateful for the support we've received during our five-plus years. As we transition, The Rail Bar and Grille will be revamping its menu and expanding to food trucks for local events.
