Busy cake weekend so far.. A Maple Cake with Maple Buttercream and Carrot Cake with Raisins, Walnuts and Cream Cheese Frosting . Then a Vanilla and Chocolate layer Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and 6 cupcakes. Will post the other 2 cakes I am working on for Saturday and Sunday.

We are now open for the summer season.

Well we started off with a bang.. here is the 1st cake of the season
Top layer Vanilla, bottom layer Chocolate. Both with a Maple Cream Filling and Vanilla Buttercream. The hammer and the fist are made with rice crispy treats covered with fondant. A great challenge and super fun to make. Call for your fun order!
