📍 Sat: 9/12: Pequot Lakes Babinski Foundation’s Annual Fall Festival! 🍁

📷: Kamp Dels was a HIT! We served just under 450 guests last Saturday and met a lot of new faces! Lines for 7 hours straight and it was great serving you all! Favorites were the Mocha Cake Blender (sold us out of those an hour before close), the French Toast Cold Brew and Caramel Cinnamon Roll Latte. A close 4th was Carma-Nilla Latte. 😁

This crowd may be new to Rêve, but one sip and they’ll find out we’re not like the others 😉.

Throw back!! (Wayyy back!)
We built out our trailer in just 4 months.
…From a gutted snowmobile cargo hauler,
to a beautiful boutique style coffee shop ❤️.

She’s been through a complete transformation…and we have been rockin’ ever since!

It’s amazing what Jim and I can create when we combine our strengths!

I am all about vision, aesthetic, function, and flow of efficiency.

Jim is all about the construct, materials, man power, and context knowledge of understanding how things work.

We didn’t have professional plans…we researched, mapped, and made our own.

Every inch of this mobile coffee bar has our hands and unique stamp on it. Late nights, long days and early mornings…We worked for this!

It’s a huge feeling of accomplishment to see where we started, and look back on how far we’ve come.

You reap what you sow.
And wow, I am so proud of us. ❤️

We’ll be doing a lot of set-up on the Reve Cart, inspections are this week for that, the kids start school and both of us need a day off somewhere in here!

I’m trying my best today and hanging in there!
A few 7 Layer Bar Mochas have been going out this morning…was BUSY from about 8-11:30am straight. Long lines but kind faces ❤️, and with 2 of us we buzz right through the line.

Another great day at Pioneer Power! 🙌
Huge shout out to Jim for holding it down today, SOLO. 🥳😃👍

A VERY BUSY day and he was your trained Barista, your Window Attendant, your Warm Welcome, your Coffee Connoisseur…and the man that kept it all together bc I was battling another autoimmune flare (yet again 😩).

Instead of closing, he showed up for you all…and for me.

Make no mistake, handling large crowds and lines is not for the faint of heart. It’s a lot of work, laser focus on a hundred recipes for hours at a time, remembering drink structure for many different styles of drinks, making multiple drinks at once and remembering to whom they need to be delivered (bc people forget what they order ALL the time), and all the while prepping more product as it gets used and needs to be replenished. He handled it all today, solo. (He may need a cocktail tonight!😜)

Then at the end of that you pray the equipment keeps up with you and there are no issues 🙂

Fresh off the coffee bar!
A guest came in with a very specific drink request…

Them: “Can you make a 7 Layer Bar espresso drink?”

Me: Yep! Let’s give it a shot- Stop back in a bit! (Challenge accepted!🙌)

And I just have to say…
she’s beauty.
she’s grace.
She’s a 7 layer bar all wrapped up in an espresso mocha that is smooth and balanced, hitting all those 7 layer flavors you love!

She has depth!
If you have a trained pallet, you should be able to pick out all the layers.

➡️Caramel, chocolate, Butterscotch, hint of nuttiness, coconut, crumble top…it’s dessert in a cup!

Now added to our secret menu…just ask for it 😉
