MEDOVIK - a traditional Russian honey cake made with delicate honey cake layers and a creamy filling between each one.

This was definitely a labor of love! Layer by layer, it slowly turned into this beautiful little masterpiece. ✨

And now… the hardest part: letting it rest overnight so all those layers can soften and the flavors can come together. 😭
