A Blueberry Lemonade Special all dolled up and ready to go! Full of blueberries, fresh squeezed lemon juice, a lemon zest glaze on top of a macaroon crust (the regular has a lemon cookie crust). Also, new from the kitchen, Mango Colada! A mango cheesecake kickin back in a macaroon crust topped with coconut rum glaze and shaved coconut. We have just enough mango for two more of these this week. Both of these cheesecakes go for $24 (8" round).

We thank everyone that came out on Saturday to Rule the Yule! We had a great time meeting all of you and really enjoyed the day.
One a side note, we have some 5" minis (pumpkin, pina colada, wht choc. rasp, mocha latte) and 3" Baby's (wht choc rasp and mocha latte) that need a good home!

Working on a mocha latte cheesecake for sampling at next weekend's Rule the Yule. Waiting for the Kahlua, cognac and espresso to coalesce before adding in into the batter. Mmmmmmm
