I have updated my hours to temporarily closed. The park building is chained shut and is closed for the forseeable future due to significant damage to plumbing electrical, dry wall, and ceiling.... I don't know what the future holds but I do know that I feel the love and support from all of my customers and the council bluffs community... Stella & Irene's Café and Boutique has been a dream of mine and I have loved every minute of the last two years...... I meet with my insurance company on monday to see how I will proceed forward... Just know that I have seen all of your comments. And it is warming my heart that you all are there for me and care so much.....
