This is what homework looks like at DA Vines. 📝🍷

At Wine & Dine on October 4, every guest gets a tasting worksheet and a plate built for experimenting: lemon, mushroom, walnuts, dark chocolate, cheese, and more. You'll taste each one against three different wines and feel the pairing change in real time.

Sour makes a wine taste smoother. Salt tames tannin. Umami can flip a wine completely. You'll experience all of it glass by glass, guided the whole way.

No wine knowledge required, just curiosity and an appetite.
