For one night, the Bistro floor becomes a battleground. The Rubrix crew rolls into DA Vines to go head-to-head against our own team, Linda, John Rachel, and our new Sommelier Felicity, to see who pairs Chef Jacob’s six-course menu best.

Every course arrives with two pours. You taste both, you cast your vote, and one team walks out with Old Town bragging rights.

Chef Jacob and the kitchen team have been busy crafting a brand new lineup of scratch-made features, and our July Food Specials are officially live on the Bistro floor! We are bringing some incredible, classic French-inspired flavors to the patio all month long.

Here is what’s on the marquee for July:
•Crudités with Creamy Brie – Crisp, fresh seasonal vegetables served alongside a rich, velvety whipped Brie dip. The ultimate summer starter.
• Leek and Potato Vichyssoise – A beautifully smooth, traditional chilled soup that is absolutely perfect for these warm Arizona days.
• Pulled Pork and Frites – Tender, slow-cooked savory pulled pork piled over crisp, golden frites and smothered in melted cheese perfection.

If you are looking for the ultimate excuse to duck out early, we’ve got it. This Wednesday, July 8th, our legendary Sunset Sessions are back on the Bistro patio, and we are incredibly excited to welcome a true master of the strings to our stage: Eric Miller!

Eric’s musical journey is nothing short of incredible. Born and raised in the heart of the Detroit rock and R&B scene, he was playing professionally by sixteen before taking off to travel the world. While busking through France, Italy, and England, he eventually landed in Spain, where he fell deeply in love with the art of flamenco. After years of disciplined study and performing alongside world-renowned flamenco masters, he expanded his sound even further, blending in the sun-drenched, ocean vibes of Brazilian bossa nova and samba.

Today, Eric has emerged with a completely unique, interwoven cultural voice that you truly have to hear to believe.
