Hi, I’m JJ James, pit master and owner of Cowtown Texas BBQ. My family and I are delighted to serve the Highland Lakes community with some of the best TX Hill Country BBQ around. My mornings start bright and early before the sun rises behind the pit, cooking fresh daily meats, slow cooked BBQ sauce and mouthwatering sides from scratch. Get our famous smoked ribs, sausage, brisket and turkey all dressed up with your choice of homemade beans, potato salad, coleslaw and fruit cobblers.
We do catering for family gatherings, businesses and special events, too! Be sure to call ahead to pre-order.
