The story of Plank Road Pizza began in 1851 when the Western Plank Road was built to connect St. The road was constructed of wood and started at Boones Lick Road and ended right here in Cottleville. It was a one day journey by horse to travel the road from end to end, and the Plank Road helped to increase the population of Cottleville and bring more people to this great area. Like the road it is named after, we think that Plank Road Pizza brings people together too. Our fresh dough and sauce that are prepared in-house each day, and our unique combinations of flavors and ingredients make for a great fresh-tasting experience each time you visit. The fun eclectic atmosphere, great tasting food, and attentive staff make it a great place to meet with family and friends and enjoy a great meal and fantastic time. Whether you try your usual favorite, one of our specialty recipes, or the monthly special we hope that you enjoy the entire experience and return again and again.

It’s September, and that means it’s time for the Cole St - Our take on a chicken alfredo pizza with a House made creamy alfredo, fresh mozzarella, chicken, bacon and black olives topped with fresh parsley. It’s been a special from the beginning and a definite guest favorite. Give it a try the next time you stop in or order online.
