To celebrate completing 1 year this April, I'm introducing special Turkish dishes on rotation. Limited quantities available Thursday through Saturday or until they're gone. "This Week's Special: Kuru Patlican & Soğan Dolma" > Sun-dried eggplant and onion, hand-stuffed with Adana kebap meat and aromatic rice. spring petite cut vegetables from Blackberry Food Co-op. Served over garlic-infused yogurt with chili butter. A great example of sustainable eating.
