10 years ago, I left Patina to take a chance and open Mix Mix.

What followed was a journey I could never have imagined—Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, a Michelin Bib Gourmand, opening restaurants, closing restaurants, surviving COVID, growing our catering company, and a lot of lessons and memories along the way.

Through all the highs and lows, I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who has been part of this journey.

Join us Friday, October 16 at Terrace by Mix Mix. The celebration starts at 6 PM with dishes from guest chefs James Hamamori and Nicholas Weber, along with signature dishes, whole lechon, w**e, a live DJ, old friends, and new memories.

We’ll finish with Halo-Halo—the Filipino dessert that inspired the name Mix Mix.

🍷 No corkage for the evening—bring a bottle to enjoy and share.

We’re honored to be featured in the Orange County Register as part of the Asian American Museum at Great Park’s growing efforts to celebrate culture, community and heritage through education, gatherings and food. 📰✨

Terrace by Mix Mix was proud to host Rooted in Flavor: An Exploration of Filipino Cuisine, bringing our community together to experience Filipino culture and storytelling through food. 🇵🇭

We’re grateful to the Asian American Museum at Great Park for allowing us to be part of its mission to preserve and share the diverse stories of Asian Americans for generations to come.
