As we slowly transition into fall flavors and produce, we will be changing our menu to reflect the season and product available. That being said we are trying to see how we can elevate some ingredients you would usually only see in the summer months so we can prolong their use.

Boil & Bake would be nothing without the incredible individuals who make up our team. For those of you who don’t know, this is Carlos Perez aka . He’s the owner and mastermind behind our naturally leavened bagels. Boil & Bake has been his brainchild for over 7 years. His current favorite menu item is our Fully Loaded Lox! When’s he’s not making bagels, he loves to go out and try new restaurants in OC, one of his favorites being for their Pastrami Sandwich. Carlos loves customer service and serving the community of Costa Mesa. Next time you’re in, say hi!
