Chile Relleno appreciate post 🤩

Backstory: When David created our housemade cheese he started with quesadillas and eventually made Chile Rellenos because he knew how much people loved them & how hard they were to find within the vegan community. He first brought them to our pop-up as a special only & as we opened our storefront, he made them part of the daily menu. Today this is one of the MOST POPULAR items on the menu.
