The "Chef" is paid literally the same as the worker behind the counter at Burger King, is probably in the same age group, and has perhaps posesses the same amount of culinary skills thru THEIR hard work and dedication to their JOB in order to keep it..
WHO PROFITS when a business lies like that to it's customers and uses their employees like that without paying them appropriately? Entry level CHEF's make $29.00 an HOUR... and that's MINIMUM! WHY are you paying "chef" prices anyway, when the COOK is NOT a Certified Chef?

It's GREED by those restaurant owners who exploit their workers.
It's the same GREED they use to make you to continue to pay 20% (or MORE) of THEIR labor bills.
