Everybody this is Doc have been under the weather for a few days but I've got to get up and tomorrow I miss everybody and I miss cooking for you so I might be on a limited menu but come on out and see me tomorrow I sure appreciate it I missed you too and every one of you sorry that we had to take a I had to take a few days off had a little accident love everybody very much look forward to seeing everybody tomorrow thank you for all your prayers and your kindness on the page I just got finished reading it well I have a grateful night let's get cooking tomorrow

Hello everyone this is Deb from Doc's 321 Cafe Doc has her to stomach pretty bad while we were out of town he wanted me to post that we wouldn't be open today I was supposed to do it earlier and I'm sorry but I forgot hopefully that will get open tomorrow but he says he's opening Saturday no matter what he's in pretty bad shape but we appreciate each and everybody that's been stopping by and not knowing what's going on I will post later to let you know how he is thank you Debbie

Good morning everybody hope everybody is going to have a great Saturday in the Great Smoky Mountains Doc's 321 Cafe today will be featuring rib plates are three little pigs which is rib smoked sausage and pulled pork and two sides we also today we'll be featuring our smoked mac and cheese we have sausage and chicken gumbo today along with other items that we sell on our menu we hope you all come out here to Cosby Tennessee today to see us and eat in our school buses or on our porch we like to remind everybody we are pet friendly so please come out today and see Debra Christy they would be happy to wait on you and this is Doc and I will be happy to make you some good food please have a safe and grateful day and for all of our tours safe Journeys on your way home see you soon

Good morning everybody in the Great Smoky Mountains I would like to start my day by thinking c**k County and Newport sand and gravel for Paving Highway 321 you guys did an awesome job thank you so very much well today is Doc's 321 cafe or specialist would be a meatball sub and one side Italian beef and one side each for 895 and we will have course our regular menu available today and we'd like to have that we would think are all the Jeep people that's in town this weekend for coming here and making this a destination for them to ride their Jeeps please be safe out there today no matter what you do have a grateful day lots of love from Doc and a staff

Good evening everybody in the Great Smoky Mountains and all over the world Doc's 321 Cafe will open yet 12 tomorrow and be open till 7 we hope everybody is very safe out there and having a good time in the Great Smoky Mountains earlier this evening I had a few moments and I was looking over some of the reviews we've had lately we had 132 days ago by a gentleman the name of Daryl sir I'm so sorry that your experience at Doc's 321 Cafe was so miserable I was not here the day that you was here evidently because I take pride in the way my food goes out recently I had somebody else taking care of some stuff but that will not happen in the future I wish you would have asked for me I think I was here on the property but not feeling well the new boss we still have some things were working out in the issues with it it is now working properly I'm sorry about the service she had that day no we do not serve french fries we will never serve french fries you can get french fries anywhere we try to give you the finest in the quality of food that it's all possible and again I apologize to you if you're reading this Facebook post and I wish you would please call me so I can figure out how to make this better for you and if you'll come back in the future when you're in this area I will make it up to you we have a short staff a very short staff unfortunately with this coronavirus and the way people are being able to collect unemployment with a lot more money then they would make if they was actually working for a living it is hard to find quality help I have two waitresses that I believe are doing a fantastic job for the amount of food that we put out I handpicked each and every item that comes into this establishment this takes a lot of time I do old school smoking meat still would not with propane like most other establishments it really bothers me when a customer has a bad experience at my restaurant I've been in this business all of my life and I realize that with the Facebook and today's technology that people are able to put whatever they want whenever they want and the reason that we sell bottled water during the Coronavirus is that we want to keep each and every one of our customers safe we use nothing but spring water when we're making our tea and are Lemonade's and the reason we charge extra for lemonade is it cost more for us to make this product for our customers and we used to not charge for refills but people would sit there and actually drink gallons and gallons and gallons of lemonade but I'm changing my policies that you get one refill free and that you will be charged for additional refills as of today I'm canning the credit card dollar fee are credit cards and debit cards with the quality of food that I provide and nothing but the finest it cost me more than other restaurants. I got a not use any Frozen Foods whatsoever there's not many of us old school people around and it does sadden me when somebody gives such a bad review but we have thousands and thousands of great reviews out there we have customers from all over the world and we hope again that you enter our establishment and please ask for me I am the owner and my name is Doc so Daryl please bring you and your family back in to see us again or if you contact me I will make this right for you you can find my number on the Google page would you put this review on I am going to try to find who an extra waitress to add on Saturdays we are extremely busy on Saturdays sometimes we serve 350 to 500 lb of meat on Saturdays which is quite an accomplishment for such a small restaurant but I want to thank you for your comments and everything because I promise you that I will check into each and every one of these things well anyway enough about that we hope they each and every one of you have a wonderful and grateful night and be safe out there and on your way home from the Great Smoky Mountains safe Journeys sincerely and thank all of our great customers doc I will be posting the specials early in the morning that we're going to have on Thursday we liked all invite all of the Jeep people in this weekend to see us and we hope that the weather holds up for your three-day extravaganza see you soon

Good morning everybody in the Great Smoky Mountains Doc's 321 Cafe specials today will be smoked spiral ham with butter beans garlic rosemary potatoes and collard greens for 895 we also have a rib plate with two sides for 1295 we have The Farmer's Garden today what you picked four of our sides and also served was lights made great 95 we have chicken and sausage gumbo soup today and are extra sides today will be sliced meters butter beans and applesauce and we also have our smoked apple and pecan pie today we help each and every one of you had come on out of here two beautiful c**k County Tennessee and see us and the specials for tomorrow which will be Saturday special will be smoked brisket for 1495 what's up with two sides we also will have three little pigs tomorrow which is smoked sausage pulled pork and ribs for 1595 also serve with two sides of your choice and we will have rib plates tomorrow also with two sides for 1295 and I'm sure we'll come up with some other specials by tomorrow well we hope each and every one of y'all have a wonderful and grateful day stay safe and we hope to see you soon there's a lot to offer here in Cosby Tennessee we have Cosby ties we have a hardware store Tennessee Readiness we have several other restaurants we have a gas stations so please come on out here and see us on the quieter side of the Great Smoky Mountains thank you
