The Cowboy Bebop Steak Burrito is new to our menu, and it's bringing shaved ribeye, grilled peppers and onions, smoky queso Oaxaca, black beans and rice, and chimichurri along for the ride.

Topped with fresh cilantro, sour cream, and chipotle pico de gallo, then served with spiced tortilla chips because every good adventure deserves a little crunch.

Happy Summer Solstice to all who celebrate the return of staying outside until 9pm and completely losing track of time. ☀️😌

The longest day of the year is Sunday, June 21st, which means you have even more daylight to ask, "Should we have one more?" and answer, "Yeah, probably."

Colin is already getting into the Solstice spirit with a Sunflower IPA in one hand and a Caesar Salad in front of him, which honestly feels like peak summer behavior.
