So...it's been a minute since I've been open(5 weeks). I guess it's time for an explanation. The busy season for me is generally May-Sep. That means the rest of the year, I'm looking for anything to keep me going(business wise). At times, things get tough and I struggle. God always made it happen for me though. When times looked dark, there was always a light at the end of the tunnel. The goal from the start was to build something I could be proud of, while also having flexibility with my time. I think I accomplished one of those. Ultimately, during the slower months I get tired of struggling. I began to look for a part time job so I could offset my costs. I never was able to find one even with the many resumes I submitted. There was actually a customer who came to get food on occasion. They own a local business and were hiring. They would occasionally send me a message on Fb with their order. Not how I typically took orders, but I was accommodating. I thought, I'll send him my resume the same way. I sent it and he didn't even acknowledge it 🖕. I began to submit resumes for full-time positions. I eventually was offered a position which I accepted. I've gone back and forth on what I want to do with the trailer, hire someone to operate, lease it or sell it. This year I terminated someone for stealing from me, so I don't really want to do that. This leaves leasing or selling. I have a lot of liability with Leasing and trusting the lessee to not trash my trailer. I really don't want the additional headache of "hoping" everything would be ok. This leaves the final option of selling. I didn't really want to, but there's costs(insurance, permits, commissary rental, location costs etc)associated with the trailer, even if it's just sitting. I can't justify paying those out of pocket as it sits and collects dust. Ultimately, I've decided to sell the trailer. Thanks to everyone who supported and came a gave me a shot. Sorry to the loyal customers for the abrupt ending...not how I wanted to end. Thanks to my family(especially Ashley ❤️)for always believing in my crazy ideas and not giving up on me and the constant help!!! Thanks to everyone who helped me run the trailer (Zach, Jeff, Robbie,Aiden, Dekin & Cam) I wouldn't have been able to do it without you!!!
