Here is an update of our current situation since there has been a lot of speculation going on.
Yes we had a gas leak from the pizza oven 3 days before the explosion in Youngstown so I am thankful it was found. The inspectors shut it down until it could be repaired.
They also found a CO2 leak due to a blocked chimney which also had to be repaired.
The grease trap was also rotted out and needed replaced.
So with all of these repairs we decided to update and remodel the kitchen to add a stove/oven and deep fryers which require a new hood and more inspections. We are also planning on adding some smokers on the patio so it won't be just a pizza shop anymore but will have BBQ as well and even fish dinners during lent. So no we didn't just buy it to store our food trucks and trailers. We just need a little time create a kitchen that will work for all that we do.
