From all of us at La Bamba Cuisine, we’d like to give a warm welcome to our new neighbors at Goodwill here in Riverside Plaza! And of course had to welcome them with our signature green bags and filled with empanadillas!

We’re excited to see more businesses choosing to invest in this side of Cortland. When we opened our doors, this part of town looked very different. It’s been incredible watching Riverside Plaza continue to grow, and we’re proud to be part of that positive change.

You can definitely tell it’s a rainy day out there! How can we tell? We’re already on our THIRD batch of the day, and that’s usually something we only see on Fridays and Saturdays!

Family First, Then Food!

At La Bamba Cuisine, we’re more than a restaurant, we’re a family. Today, one of our family members is being recognized with a special school award, and we’ll be there cheering them on and showing our support.

Because of this, La Bamba will open at 12:00 PM today.

Thank you for understanding as we take a moment to celebrate an important achievement. Supporting our children and their accomplishments is one of the values that makes our community strong.
