We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding our gift cards.

Since 2020, we have sold a large number of gift cards, and it takes considerable time to track and verify each one individually. At the same time, we are busy preparing to open our new restaurant, Maru Ramen Ithaca, which we expect to open in about a month. The exact opening date has not yet been finalized.

If you would prefer a refund, please email your gift card number to [email protected], and we will process your request as soon as possible.

As another option, all Yori House gift cards will continue to be accepted at Maru Ramen Ithaca, so you are welcome to use them at our new restaurant.

After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to close Yori House after an incredible journey since September 2020. We are deeply grateful for the love and support you have shown us. Thank you to every customer, friend, and family member who walked through our doors and made this journey so meaningful.

While this chapter is coming to an end, a new one is just beginning. We are currently working on creating a brand-new restaurant in a new location, and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
