Our Brew pub can seat around 150 people. We have a full bar with nine beers micro brews on tap, we also serve some domestic beer as well as some local wine. We have a down stairs game room with pool tables, foosball table, air hockey and a couple arcade games. We open at 11:00 A.M. Daily for lunch and we start serving dinner at 3:30 P.M. Until 10:00 p.m. then it's pizza in the bar! Come in on Sundays and watch the football games and other available sporting events!

We've expanded our burger selection.

You can now order the "Cortez Burger" which is a 1/3 lbs patty cooked to your liking. Keep it a cheeseburger or try one of our original gourmet burgers.

We also have the "Main St Burger" which is a 1/2 lbs patty.
Upgrade our 1/2 lbs patty to our local waygu patty from Cross Creek Ranch in Hesperus.

We also have vegan options available.

Mark your calendar: Tuesday, August 25th is FREE entrance to Mesa Verde National Park!

It's the National Park Service's 110th birthday, and they're waiving entrance fees nationwide, including right here at Mesa Verde. One important update for 2026: this fee is waved is for U.S. citizens and residents only, so bring ID just in case.

If you're planning your trip around this date, make Cortez, Dolores, or Mancos your homebase. All three are just minutes from the park entrance, with plenty of dining, lodging, and local flavor to round out your visit.

Chicken Parmesan!

A delicious chicken breast that has been b**r breaded and encrusted in panko ourselves and fried. No frozen premade chicken from us. Topped with melted mozzarella and fresh basil. On a bed of linguine noodles and house made marinara. Topped with Parmesan.
