One of our favorite parts of owning the Silver Bean isn’t just serving fresh locally roasted coffee from the oldest and longest running coffee shop in Cortez 😃 to our community and building relationships with travelers it’s getting to pour into our team ..

Our employees are young and for our slightly older ones that make this their career, we don’t take that responsibility lightly. This job is about so much more than learning how to make a latte. It’s about learning responsibility, kindness, teamwork, and most importantly paying it forward wherever possible by example.

We aren’t perfect, We all make mistakes, we all have room to grow, and that’s okay. Grace is something we choose every single day. Watching this team grow in confidence, serve our community, and become even more incredible human beings has been a great blessing. 💓

To our amazing team, thank you for showing up, working hard, loving our customers and loving the Silver Bean. You make this place what it is, and we are so honored to work beside each of you. As well as rolling with whatever new crazy idea I may have… and standing with us through some tough personal losses the last couple years. 🤗
And to our incredible community… especially our beloved Coffee Club thank you for believing in us, supporting our mission, and giving these employees the opportunity to learn and grow, allowing us to be able to give back to the community when we can with our long standing promotions
