Pig Out at The Wiggling' Pig Wigglin’ Pig was the dream of chef/owner Ernie Padilla. Stop in and see the friendly faces and “Pig out at The Wigglin’ Pig”.

With a passion for creating great food from scratch, he created his food truck and introduced Montezuma County to his food in 2018. After the amazing reception from locals and tourists alike, Ernie started looking for a more permanent home. The Wigglin’ Pig opened it’s doors on November 16th, 2018 and hast been delighting diners ever since.
