Smokin Guns is mobile food trailer that offers some of best BBQ in Texas. Smokin Guns also offers catering for office lunches up to weddings or any kind of special event. Smoking Guns has a dining room behind the trailer where you can sit and eat!!!

I want to let everyone know come and see us today!!! Today will be our last day to be fully open at our location 2728 w 7th!!!

We have been in business for 10 and half years in Corsicana and loved every minute of it!! But in difficult times sometimes you have to switch gears and change things up.

Though we are closing we will still pop up from time to time in town. Also we will be focused on catering more as we go forward!!! I live in town and still will take orders weekly from our customers as long as I know in advance. You can still contact us on Facebook or call our phone at 903-519-2284!!!

We love our customers and appreciate the support and hope you still will support us when you can. But with our economy in the shape it is in and making it hard to find reliable workers daily to keep things running this is the best thing we can do at this point for our family!!!
