Torch Bar & Grill The Torch Restaurant first opened in 1957 under the trade name of "The Charcoal House". Our steaks are all natural - no preservations or tenderizers.

Harry Porter took over a few months later and created "The Torch Restaurant". Harry Porter passed the flame to Telly Gialouris who continues the tradition of fine dining. All of our steaks are cooked over charcoal on the openpit in the main dining room. We handcut most of our steaks - allowing for some variety in selection. Also, we hand-bread are prepare from scratch all our seafood items and salad dressings!
