Thank you to everyone who made Ruiz Barbacoa & Tamales a success over the past several years. It has been an absolute pleasure serving the people of Corpus Christi. We have enjoyed starting our weekends off with so many kind and happy customers and loved putting our heart and soul into making the best tamales and barbacoa in town. However, all good things must come to an end. Mr. and Mrs. Saenz are happily enjoying their retired days and are ready to sell the business. Everything is ready to go for you to start up where we left off or you can come up with your own dream. The possibilities are endless!
