Hello fellow rulers of the food chain. Since everyone is busy with spring break, and I won't be cooking / delivering for the next two weeks, I need to sell everything on hand. This week I will be cooking everything I have in the freezer and now its time for the Spring Sale of 2017. Place your orders quick, because I have a limited quantity of everything and its first come, first serve.
Also, I know some of you were wanting MORE of the queso fresco, which by the way has been a crowd favorite. So, if you order more than $45 worth of food by the end of the day tomorrow (Wednesday), I'll throw in a FREE queso fresco. If you indicate a "queso fresco" on your order, I'll assume you want to purchase one as well. But don't worry, I'll make sure it gets tossed in your bag if your order is over $45.
So, here's the discounted prices for this week's delivery - which will be Friday.
Brisket - $4.50 / half pound (Regularly $7.00)
Spare Ribs - $10 / half rack (Regularly $15)
Pulled Pork - $3.00 / half pound (Regularly $4.50)
Cheese - $5.00 per order (Since I'll have to purchase the ingredients this week, I can't discount it)
Pork Loin - $4.50 / half pound (Regularly.....I forgot, but it was waaaay more)
