Hello fellow rulers of the food chain. Since everyone is busy with spring break, and I won't be cooking / delivering for the next two weeks, I need to sell everything on hand. This week I will be cooking everything I have in the freezer and now its time for the Spring Sale of 2017. Place your orders quick, because I have a limited quantity of everything and its first come, first serve.

Also, I know some of you were wanting MORE of the queso fresco, which by the way has been a crowd favorite. So, if you order more than $45 worth of food by the end of the day tomorrow (Wednesday), I'll throw in a FREE queso fresco. If you indicate a "queso fresco" on your order, I'll assume you want to purchase one as well. But don't worry, I'll make sure it gets tossed in your bag if your order is over $45.

So, here's the discounted prices for this week's delivery - which will be Friday.

Brisket - $4.50 / half pound (Regularly $7.00)
Spare Ribs - $10 / half rack (Regularly $15)
Pulled Pork - $3.00 / half pound (Regularly $4.50)
Cheese - $5.00 per order (Since I'll have to purchase the ingredients this week, I can't discount it)
Pork Loin - $4.50 / half pound (Regularly.....I forgot, but it was waaaay more)

Hey Everyone, I hope your'e enjoying this week's grub. Feel free to send any feedback. Please share this with anyone in your office who might be interested in ordering!

This coming Tuesday is Valentines Day. What better way to show your love that a hot, greasy, tender pile of finger lickin' BBQ? Okay, so maybe there's better ways. But don't ask my opinion, you might end up on the couch with a big ol' pile of brisket and some tortillas (doesn't sound all that bad, I guess).

This week you're in for a treat. My parents won the world championship chili cook-off in Terlingua Texas in 1977. Look it up, Buzzard Breath Chili. As a baby, my parents fed me chili instead of baby food. Just chili, nothing else. Needless to say, I learned how to make this marvelous creation of meat and spices that has carried on the tradition of winning numerous other chili cook-offs from Alaska to Nicaragua and everywhere in between.

First off, there are no beans in real chili. I know, I know, your mom made great chili with beans in it, and you liked it. It may have also had macaroni, squash and been topped with

Hey everyone, just thought I'd throw out this week's items.

Spare ribs - $15 per 1/2 rack
Brisket - $7 per 1/2 lb.
Pulled Pork - $4.50 per 1/2 lb.
Smoked chicken halves - $7.00 each.
Homemade breakfast pan sausage - $4 per lb

Hey everyone, next weekend is Superbowl weekend! Take some BBQ to your party and be the shining star. You won't have to lift a finger or smell like a camp fire.

This week I'll be doing: brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, and Texas style pinto beans.

The beans are slow cooked all day. They'll be chocked full of tender pork chunks. Seasoned with garlic, onion, jalapeƱo, a hint of cumin, and a few other simple spices. They'll be delivered in a vacuum sealed bag. Just cut the bag open, dump them into a pot, and warm em up for about 20-25 minutes on medium-low heat. They also keep very well in the freezer if you want to portion them out. Each order of beans is about 3 lbs. They'll serve about 9-12 people in a coffee mug sized serving or 4-5 people in cereal bowl sized servings.

I wish I could give this stuff away for free, but I can't......

Sliced Brisket: 1/2 lb = $7.00
Pulled Pork: 1/2 lb = $4.50
- I can package brisket and pork in larger packages upon request - 1/2 lb increments.
Spare Ribs: 1/2 rack = $15.00
- I can slice each rib, or leave them in tact. Just let me know if you want them sliced.
- feeds 2-3 people with sides
Peeento Beans: = $8.00 / bag

*The brisket and pulled pork make great sliders, just grab some King's Hawaiian rolls, slaw, your favorite sauce, and you're all set!
* You can also top nachos with the pork or brisket, to make some sexy nachos.

I will be delivering on Thursday this week, so please try to have orders to me by noon on Monday.

- The following week I'm thinking of doing some homemade breakfast sausage (along with the regular BBQ). It'll be a "cook at home" kind of thing. Just like the big store brands, but waaaay tastier and no preservatives. Perfect for a Saturday morning breakfast coma. Let me know if this peaks your interest!
