May was such a fun month for horror! The unsettling emotional weight of Obsession is something I still can’t get over. There’s something especially refreshing about a film that knows how to get under your skin without relying on big jump scares. What was your favorite new release?

Grab a cereal at the counter with your coffee, find a spot, and settle in. Scooby-Doo coloring sheets + colored pencils will be ready, and milk will be provided for the kids.

Behind every great day at the shop is this chaotic and hardworking crew. The soul of our shop. We started our storefront with everything being so new/ uncertain/ constantly changing, but this team has rode all the waves with us.

Through the growing pains, long days, crazy rushes, last minute problem solving, and all the learning curves, they kept showing up with heart. And we wouldn’t be here without them! Shout out to our team who make this place feel safe, welcoming, and full of life every single day. 🖤

Happy Mother’s Day to all the badass moms out there doing everything, especially all the little things that go unnoticed.

Becoming a mom is what motivated me to start Creatures and I truly could not have done any of this without her. She is my biggest fan and always reminds me to be kind to myself on the hard days. Watching her grow alongside this business has been the most rewarding thing I’ve ever experienced.

To the moms balancing work, dreams, exhaustion, love, and still showing up every single day, remember you are incredible. ✨
