Today, we remember those who lost their lives on September 11 and keep their families and loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.

This photo of my father as a young officer alongside his partner, Denny, is a special reminder of the men and women who choose a life of service — showing up for their communities when they are needed most.

Khao Pad Sapparod (ข้าวผัดสับปะรด) — Thai pineapple fried rice — is that perfect mix of sweet, savory and just a little nutty.

Ours is loaded with sweet, juicy pineapple chunks, fresh white onion and crunchy roasted cashews, then finished with crispy fried shallots.

Join us for brunch today at our Lamar Park location, where everything is made fresh from scratch. From our golden Thai pulled pork empanadas to crispy chorizo egg rolls and all your brunch favorites, we’ve got everything you need to ease into the day.
