🚨 DINE & DASH INCIDENT 🚨
What started as a birthday celebration unfortunately ended in a very disappointing situation.
A party came in to celebrate their birthdays, ordered 4 All-You-Can-Eat meals, received attentive service from our team, and enjoyed their dining experience.
When it came time to settle the bill, their payment was declined. Our manager gave the party the opportunity to provide another form of payment and resolve the situation. Security was also called to assist.
Despite multiple attempts to collect payment, the party left the restaurant without paying their bill.
We work extremely hard to provide great food, generous portions, and excellent service to every guest. Walking out on a bill affects a real local business and the hardworking employees who served that table.
For clarity, the individuals’ identifying information and documentation related to the incident are on file and have been preserved for any necessary follow-up with the appropriate authorities.
We always want birthdays and celebrations at our restaurant to end with happy memories — not an unpaid bill.
