Help. Yes I want YOUR help on an issue. I WILL NOT say the name of the customer but I do want to know what YOU would do if this happened to you. Customer called in an order for 2 loaded baked potatoes. For those that have never ordered one, OUR LBP contains a baked potato, a helping of BBQ, baked beans and cole slaw. This customer went home, then called us with a complaint about it NOT having much meat on it and the tater was not completely cooked. They then said they could not send a picture due to eating ALL of it. SO, my question to all of you is WHAT would you do for this customer? Thanks in advance, and I am not saying what i did or offered to do. I want to hear from you, so, = What say YOU?

Eye surgery seems to be a success. Will know more after I visit Dr. Sam on Tuesday morning. I am excited and Looking forward to seeing you. Pun intended. I know for now I am happy. ;)
