Originally from Detroit Michigan, a humbling start to a journey that would spark a flame igniting a career path and passion that would continue forward and take shape in Chicago, Illinois. "I credit my refined talent to the all the chefs who had a hand in my molding process". I was fostered and mentored under many senior chefs with more than 40 years in the industry. In Chicago I remember undergoing extensive training beyond culinary school, participating in many apprenticeship programs, and foodservice positions, pushing beyond and building my experience as a chef.
