We are engineers specializing in "Live-fire craft barbecue" and smoked meats. We offer catering services for crowds of "All-sizes", and hand pick our vendors sourcing them locally and buying natural. We take pride in our approach & reputation of cooking from scratch and avoiding processed products. Our beliefs and vision align with the creation of comforting foods that p

Our menu has been planed out and put together by our seasoned and talented "Chef serving 24 years of experience dishing up foods that are a diverse reflection of her journeys. Originally from Detroit Michigan, a humbling start to a journey that would spark a flame igniting a career path and passion that would continue forward and take shape in Chicago, Illinois. "I credit my refined talent to the all the chefs who had a hand in my molding process". I was fostered and mentored under many senior chefs with more than 40 years in the industry. In Chicago I remember undergoing extensive training beyond culinary school, participating in many apprenticeship programs, and foodservice positions, pushing beyond and building my experience as a chef.
