Enchiladas from Michoacan!

Corn tortillas are dipped in a home made sauce, fried, filled with diced onion with oregano then topped with fresh Mexican cheese, cabbage and your choice of salsa. A side of fried potato wedges and two pieces of chicken legs accompanied them. Serve with authentic ingredients, it has a taste different from the norm--so good!

Como su nombre indica, las enchiladas Michoacanas son oriundas del estado mexicano de Michoacán. Ricas enchiladas fritas con salsa de chiles Guajillos y Rellenas con cebolla y oregano. Estas son acompañadas con papas fritas y piernas de pollo. Repollo, queso y chiles en vinagre puede ser agregado para finalizar esta delicia!
