Who is ready for the 2026 Green Market Season?! 🤩

Our first market of the season is Saturday, April 4! Vendors can register at corinthgreenmarket.net. (Registration is currently only open for the first 3 markets of the year and Season Passes, remaining markets will be open to register within a few weeks.)

I’M BACK!!! (…but temporarily)

Iowa was quite the adventure, but I am so happy to be back in MS ❤️

While I’m home, I’d like to do preorders to help keep me busy. Limited items only, as most of our baking stuff has been stored away for winter. We are thinking breads, bagels and possibly a few others. Let us know in the comments what y’all would like. Also, keep in mind, we still have a good bit of canned goods available as well!

This is TEMPORARY!!!!

Many of you may not know this, but both of us work in healthcare. I, Nicole, am a Respiratory Therapist and I do travel from time to time still. We have tons of equipment to purchase to get our bakery/cannery ready, and in a nutshell…it’s expensive. Traveling is a such a financial blessing to those who are able to do so. We want nothing more than to finish the construction and get licensed, so we can better serve our community. With all of that said, I have accepted another travel assignment for 13 weeks. We will be closed during this time. This will allow time to finish the building and we will hopefully announce a re-grand opening upon my return. I’m so excited for this opportunity, but more importantly excited to return and get back to baking fulltime. Thank you all for your support thus far. We’ve enjoyed and appreciate every bit of it! This is not goodbye, but a see you later. As Ross from Friends once said, “WE WERE ON A BREAK”! 🤎

First time ever making bagels and OMG! These were all so delicious. We’re still trying out flavors, packaging, pricing etc, but these will most definitely be adding to the stand and the market menu soon 🤎

We will be CLOSED this week for fall break and family fun!

For those who don’t know me personally, my birthday is this week. It’s also my son’s birthday this week too. Soccer games start this week as well. But wait there’s more….we also have archery competition. Did I mention normal fulltime work schedules too? Appointments? We are a busy little bunch 🙃 So, with all that said, we are taking the week to enjoy our fall break and other celebrations.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us today at Green Market at the Corinth Depot. We sold out of everything, but a few items. We loved seeing returning customers and meeting new faces. The weather was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better crowd. Y’all are the best! Be sure to follow for updates as we have more markets coming up. These newly canned sauces were made with locally grown tomatoes. Both sauces will be available at the stand and the Green Market at the Corinth Depot this weekend. They are 16oz jars priced at $8/each.

And what would either of those sauces/salsa be without a little helping of carbs to go with it? We’re hoping to add pizza crust and garlic sticks to the menu soon as well. And as bold as this sounds, I’d love to learn how to make tortilla chips! So, grab the sauces/salsa while you can!
