🥁 *Drum Roll Please* 🥁 Our Bahn May is back, but with some serious flavor upgrades! Introducing Bahn May 2.0 — Roasted lemongrass pork with savory glaze, piled with house-pickled carrots + cucumber, bright cilantro and spicy mayo, all tucked into crusty ciabatta. Add some chili crisp for some additional flavor and a smidge of heat. It’s the classic Banh Mi - remixed May’s way.

Spring + Summer has been BUSY for us at May’s! And with that, comes lots of recipe testing which = NEW MENU ITEMS! 🧡

1st up - Thai Coconut Chicken Soup! Gluten and dairy free, the soup is slow simmered and bursts with flavors of ginger, lemongrass, cilantro, and garlic — finished with a splash of fresh lime. Carrots, zucchini + a little bit golden potato are making this soup a fast guest favorite!
