EXTENSION MONTH EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Meet Jasmen Richmond, an incredible FCS Program Assistant who brings energy, passion, and dedication to everything she does! If you’ve ever attended one of her programs, you know firsthand that Jasmen has a special way of making learning exciting, engaging, and accessible for everyone. Her fun and outgoing personality creates a welcoming environment where participants feel inspired and empowered.
Jasmen truly embodies the heart of Extension work—she meets the community where they are, listens with intent, and delivers programs that make a real difference. Her motivation, warmth, and commitment shine through in every class, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our team!
