Just like we promised, we’re bringing you along every step of the way. Here’s a progress look at the outside of our new location! There’s still plenty of work to be done, but seeing everything come together has us even more excited for what’s ahead.

A huge shoutout and thank you to M&M Painting and Artwork of KY for doing an incredible job painting the exterior of our building and detailing our benches! We truly appreciate the hard work and craftsmanship that’s helping bring our vision to life! 👏

As we get closer to opening, we also want to share a little more about who we are. While pizza may be what first comes to mind, we’re so much more than just another pizza place. We’re a brick oven Italian restaurant built around quality, tradition, and bringing people together over great food. From handcrafted brick oven pizzas to fresh pastas, salads, appetizers, desserts, and more, our menu has something worth trying!

Thank you for following this journey with us. We’ll keep sharing updates as the progress continues, and we can’t wait to welcome you through these doors soon. The best is still yet to come!🍕❤️

This is it guys. Today is our last day open at our Williamsburg location. While many know us for our pizza, the truth is pizza has only ever been one piece of what we do. When our doors reopen in corbin, we’re excited to remind everyone that there’s much more to our menu and much more to our vision. And if you think you know what’s coming next, you might just be surprised. 👀🔥

Hey friends,

We need to talk.

By now, some of you may have heard the rumors, and if not, the time has come for us to share some big news.

As difficult as it is to write this post, one thing we’ve always valued is being transparent with the people who have supported us from the very beginning. The truth is, none of this would have been possible without you. Every order placed, every kind word shared, every Friday or Saturday night spent around our tables. Your support turned a dream into something far greater than we ever imagined. Because of that support, we’ve reached a point where it’s time for the next chapter. While this may come as a surprise to some, this isn’t goodbye, it’s simply “see you soon.”

Many of you have noticed we’ve been closing early on weekends lately. Those decisions weren’t made lightly. As much as we love our little location and the memories we’ve made here, sometimes growth requires you to step outside of what’s comfortable and do what’s necessary for the future.

We’re excited to announce that The Brick Oven will soon be reopening in a new location that allows us to better serve our customers and continue growing. With more space, shorter wait times, triple the seating, and an improved experience for everyone, we’re sure this move is the right step forward.

Thursday will be our final day serving you at our current location. We have a limited supply of ingredients remaining, so be sure to stop by and enjoy your Brick Oven favorites one last time before we make the move.

Our new home will be at 2700 Cumberland Falls Highway, in the former Bubby’s building in Corbin Ky.

If you’ve ever enjoyed a meal with us, celebrated a special occasion here, or supported our small business in any way, we’d be incredibly grateful if you’d share this post and help spread the word about our big move.
