Introducing our new Globally Inspired series, where we explore the places, traditions, and stories behind the dishes on our menu.

First stop: Italy 🇮🇹

Our Hearth Bread begins with Roman-style hearth-baked pinsa, known for its crisp exterior and light, airy center. We make it our own with garlic-rosemary oil, whipped herb ricotta, fresh raw honeycomb, and a drizzle of hot honey.

A little bit of Rome, with a little Ember & Vine attitude. 🌎
