Some people like b**r in a w**e glass, we’re cool with that! But this b**r…do you all remember Sorachi Ace? It was our favorite Brooklyn Brewery b**r, made from Japanese Sorachi hops. It was kinda like ch*****ne with floral, citrusy notes. We are so happy to have this Japanese Session IPA from COEDO Brewery , we don’t know if it has Sorachi hops, but it tastes like that to us. Why eat them? Because Chef spent 16 hours making them before your first bite. Our Korean BBQ Spare Ribs are cooked low and slow until ridiculously tender, then finished on the grill for that sticky, smoky, caramelized char. They have been a crowd pleasing favorite since we opened.

We’re so excited for our Japanese themed night this Tuesday. You can come anytime, it’s our regular seating times throughout the night, but you need reservations, please! We can accommodate any special menu requests with advanced notice. We’ll have very special sake, wh**ky and b**r from Japan, but you can have anything from our full bar and w**e list. He’d love nothing more than to make you happy, and to help a young chef go to the best culinary school in the WORLD, the Culinary Institute of America.
