Cheese ravioli sitting in sauce, lid on, ready to ride.

You can see it through the top. Sauce settled in around the edges, ravioli soft and cheese filled underneath, still steaming enough to fog the plastic. That’s the sign of something that just came off the line.

Pepperoni curling up on one side, mushrooms and onions holding it down on the other. Boxed hot on the bench and out the door in the time it takes you to find parking.

Straight out the fryer, tossed, and into the box before the shine wears off.

Mild, medium, hot, lemon pepper, BBQ. Or go garlic parm, honey garlic, or Zanmi if you know what you’re doing. Celery and your choice of bleu cheese or ranch on the side, always.

10, 20, 30, 40, or 50. We’ve seen all of them walk out that door.
