This is our 15th Christmas and it's the busiest yet! I want to thank all the hard working staff especially our chefs, they cooked up 1,300 meals today.

Looking for a Sushi Helper Fulltime/Parttime.

-Must have knowledge of handling a knife
-Must have experience in the kitchen operation especially FIFO
-Must be clean
-Shifts Start at 11am in the morning with 1 hours break usually from (3pm - 4pm) or (4pm - 5pm) and ends around 9pm
-Must meet shift scheduling requirements days are flexible
-Must be able to work Holiday and weekends

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards, policies and guidelines- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly - both verbally and in writing- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards
- Ability to work overtime as required, even on short notice
- Performs other duties as assigned
