🇵🇪 Celebrate Peruvian Independence Day Weekend at Bravo Peruvian Kitchen! ❤️🤍

This weekend, we’re bringing back some of Peru’s most beloved traditional dishes—prepared with authentic recipes and the flavors that remind us of home.

✨ Seco de Cordero – Tender lamb slow-braised in a rich cilantro and beer sauce, served the traditional Peruvian way.

✨ Caucau – A comforting classic made with tender beef tripe, potatoes, ají amarillo, mint, and traditional Peruvian spices. A timeless favorite full of authentic flavor.

✨ Anticuchos – Peru’s iconic grilled beef heart skewers, marinated in our signature ají panca blend and flame-grilled to perfection. Even better with a refreshing glass of homemade Chicha Morada.

✨ Carapulcra con Panceta – One of Peru’s oldest dishes, featuring slow-cooked dried potatoes in a rich ají panca sauce, topped with crispy roasted pork belly for the perfect combination of comforting and bold flavors.

This Fiestas Patrias, we’re bringing back two of Peru’s most beloved traditional dishes for a limited time:
✨Carapulcra con Pancetta &
✨Cau Cau

From the rich, slow-cooked flavors of our Carapulcra, made with Peruvian dried potatoes, ají panca, roasted peanuts, and crispy pancetta, to the comforting Cau Cau, a classic stew of tender honeycomb tripe, potatoes, mint, and Peruvian spices—each dish tells the story of Peru’s culinary heritage.
