A Heartfelt Farewell ❤️

After thoughtful consideration and collaboration from all involved, a decision has been made to close the chapter on Bountiful’s Bistro by Chef Alex.

We are deeply grateful to every guest who shared a meal, a moment, or a memory with us.

We appreciate every person on our team for bringing their best.

Out of hundreds of restaurants participating in Orlando Sentinel's Central Florida Favorites, in Appetizers category we came second to Café Tu Tu Tango - an International Drive icon! This is a major testament to our work and we could not have done so without our guests and our team. Thank You!

A special thank you to the Gentry family and to Ginnie, whose generosity and belief in our mission made it possible to serve the BFF community with heart and purpose. Your partnership has been a gift, and we are honored to have been part of this journey.

We continue our efforts in South Florida with focus on Peruvian and Puerto Rican flavors as PeruRican Ceviche. We are based in Coral Gables and offer our dishes via local delivery platforms. We also serve a limited menu at International Foods Marketplace in Downtown Miami and Key Biscayne Community Church Market.

We've been truly fortunate to be able to serve all of you and we appreciate every one of you!
